Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and meticulous Assistant Producer to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality wedding photography services. This dynamic role involves orchestrating logistics, managing client communications, and providing end-to-end support to photographers from pre-wedding preparations through to post-wedding follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate wedding photography projects from start to finish.
Serve as the primary client contact, understanding each couple’s vision, providing regular updates, and offering personalized support.
Organise scheduling, vendor coordination, and travel logistics for photography teams.
Maintain seamless production operations, troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
Collaborate with photographers and editors to ensure client expectations are met with high-quality final images.
Assist with post-production, including image selection and coordinating client feedback.
Qualifications
Background in event production, photography, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and an excellent eye for detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability to work under pressure and respond to changing requirements.
Knowledge of photography software and editing tools (e.g., Capture One, Photoshop) is a plus.
Genuine passion for photography with a creative perspective.

Weekly Responsibilities
Your weekly tasks will vary but may include:
Maintain and update the business CRM, ensuring client inquiries are managed, followed up on, and workflows stay current.
Data entry and project setup on Monday.com to keep photographers fully briefed.
Oversee film processing and ensure timely uploading to client galleries.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist with travel arrangements, booking flights and accommodations for interstate and international shoots.
Help photographers and clients create detailed schedules.
Prepare USB packaging and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Set up client galleries on Pic Time for easy access.
Prepare photographers with the necessary hard drives for file delivery.
Contribute to sales strategy implementation to drive print store sales.
Support marketing initiatives as needed.
Provide occasional office and administrative support.
Assist with website maintenance and updates.
Oversee album design, production, and delivery to clients.
Research industry trends and popular styles on social media platforms.
Participate in client meetings and pre-wedding consultations.
Assist the Post Producer with gallery selection and editing.
Work closely with the director on projects related to business growth and development.
